Ingredients

5 minutes
1 serving
  • 1serving Angel Hair Pasta (Capellini) *about 80g
  • 80 gshelled Prawns *thawed if frozen
  • Salt for cooking
  • Spring Onion, Parsley OR Coriander, etc
  • 1/2-1Ripe Tomato *cut into small pieces
  • 1small clove Garlic *grated
  • 1-2 teaspoonsToban Djan (Chilli Bean Sauce), Gochujang, Sriracha OR Chilli Sauce
  • 1-2 teaspoonsSoy Sauce OR Fish Sauce
  • 1-2 teaspoonsSesame Oil, Olive Oil OR Oil of your choice
  • Chilli for extra heat *optional

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine all the Sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl. *Note: You may wish to add some Ground Chilli OR Chilli Flakes for extra heat.

  2. 2

    Cook Angel Hair Pasta (Capellini) in boiling salted water as instructed. When almost cooked, add Prawns. When Prawns are cooked, drain, rinse in cold water, and drain well.

  3. 3

    Add Angel Hair Pasta and Prawns to the Sauce, and mix to combine. Place in a deep plate or bowl, sprinkle with some finely chopped Spring Onion (OR other Herb), and enjoy.
