Rice Vermicelli in Mexican Sauce

Take rice flour and sieve well.

To make Rice Vermicelli, first heat oil in a pan and fry cumin powder and chopped chillies in it. Add two cups of water and salt to taste. When the water boils, add two cups of rice flour and mix well with a spoon. Keep the lid and turn off the gas.

After fifteen minutes take it out in a pan and knead it well. Take a vermicelli maker and add a ball of kneaded flour to it and make round vermicelli of this flour on a round space in the idli pan.

Now steam these noodles for fifteen minutes as you steam idli. After steaming take it out and keep it in a plate.

To make Mexican sauce, heat two spoons of oil in a pan on gas and fry finely chopped garlic and chopped onion. Add carrot, tomato, capsicum to it and saute well. Now add pizza sauce, tomato sauce, salt and a little sugar to it and mix.

Add one spoon of cornflower in two cups of water and mix well and bring this mixture to a boil. While serving, take a deep plate, first add Mexican sauce to it, put Rice Vermicelli on it and serve hot.
