Ingredients

6-10 servings
  1. 24eggs
  2. 1 cupheavy cream
  3. 1 lbground breakfast sausage
  4. 8 ozcheese, your choice
  5. 2 cupsdiced ham
  6. 1 bunchgreen onions
  7. 16 ozshredded or diced potatoes
  8. Salt & pepper
  9. Granulated garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Spray a foil pan or baking dish oil.

  2. 2

    Add your breakfast sausage, cooked and ham.

  3. 3

    Add your potatoes, green onions, and salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Add your cheese

  5. 5

    Mix your eggs with the heavy cream, salt, pepper, and granulated garlic.

  6. 6

    Add the eggs to your pan.

  7. 7

    Bake 375 for 45-60 mins. Center will have a slight jiggle.
