Cut both ends of cassava.

Slit down skin using knife. Peel it off.

Use stainless steel grater and grate the cassava
in longitudinal direction - 4
Soak the grated cassava in cold water for 5 mins

Mix the flour and minimal water until well combined

Heat the cooking oil in large pan

Deep fry the cassava in medium heat until golden colour

Drain the excess oil.

Ready to eat in room temperature.
