Steps

For dry ingredients - in a bowl sift the flour, add baking powder, coffee powder, salt, powdered sugar and mix well.

For wet ingredients- in a bowl add eggs, vanilla essence, oil, whisk well
- 3
Add the wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well with cut & fold method. Add to a baking tray on greased parchment paper

Bake at Pre heat 180 deg C for 40 mins or until done, cool completely

For ganacbe - in a bowl add double cream, melted dark chocolate, espresso and whisk well.

Pour onto the cake and cut into desired piece to enjoy
