Cooking Instructions

Prepare the dry mix:
In a large bowl, mix the chickpea flour, salt, and pepper until well combined. - 2
Incorporate the water:
Gradually add the water to the mixture, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Continue mixing until you get a smooth and homogeneous batter. - 3
Let the batter rest:
Let the batter rest for at least 3 hours to allow the ingredients to integrate well. - 4
Add the oil:
Add a the olive oil to the mix and stir well - 5
Add enough olive oil to the pizza tray to be able to spread it without using your fingers

Bring the pizza tray to the oven at high heat and heat it up for 5 minutes

Once the tray is hot, take out of the oven and pour the mix. Bring back to the oven for 5 more minutes at the bottom of the oven and an extra 30 minutes at the top shelf of the oven

Once it's out of the oven. Pour ground black pepper on top of the Faina
