This dish is inspired from my father and mother hometown New Orleans, Louisiana. The capital of jazz and southern seafood cuisine. 🦀🦞🦐 All the food and the aluminum pan was purchased at Costco. The zatarain seasoning was purchased at a grocery store.

This dish is inspired from my father and mother hometown New Orleans, Louisiana. The capital of jazz and southern seafood cuisine. 🦀🦞🦐 All the food and the aluminum pan was purchased at Costco. The zatarain seasoning was purchased at a grocery store.

Bring water to a boil and put one pack of zataran seasoning in the pot. Add the corn and potatoes first for about 45 minutes. Last add the seafood and let it boil for 20 minutes. You can add Texas toast to compliment the dish.

Garlic butter sauce: 1. 2 sticks of real butter. 2. 4 tablespoons of fresh or Jared minced/ crushed garlic. 3. 1 tablespoon of Cajun season or seasoning salt. 4. 2 tablespoons of lemon. Cooking instructions: saute garlic with a tablespoon of butter in a pot till semi brown color and add all the ingredients. Once the butter melt ready it is ready to serve.

Let's seafood boil for 45 minutes
