1 packground pork
5dried mushroom,soaked then minced
Halfsmall carrot,minced
2shallots,minced
1 tspsoy
Pinchground white pepper
2 dropssesame oil
1 stalkspring onion
1egg

Steps

Wash winter melon,peel off the skin.And remove the seed.

Mix all the ingredients into the pork including egg white.

Then place in the middle of melon.

Boil water in the steamer.And steam for 25 mins.
