  • 1sweet potato boiled and chopped
  • 1avocado chopped
  • 100 gtofu chopped
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsplemon juice
  • 1/2 tsporegano
  • 2 tbspcurd
  • 1 tbspcoriander
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspsesame oil

    Heat oil in a pan, add sweet potato, and tofu, add salt, red chilli powder and saute for 2 mts.

    Blend the curd and coriander stemms, salt. Add to the fried potato and tofu. Now add oregano and avocado and serve.
