These are beautiful pink beet root rotis, made out of whole wheat flour and grated beet root. Comes out super soft and tastes amazing with any sides.

Special note for those who don’t like to eat beet root - believe me this is one of the best way to eat beet root, you will not get much taste but get all the nutritions.

Beet root Roti

Ingredients

  1. 1beet root
  2. 1 cupatta/wheat flour
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 2 spoonchopped coriander leaves
  5. 1/2 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Grate the beets. Add chopped coriander and salt. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Make a smooth dough, with oil and flour, by adding water little at a time.

  3. 3

    Make like regular rotis.

  4. 4

    Cook on tawa and then on direct flame.

  5. 5

    Apply ghee and serve.
