Ingredients

  • 2 cupscooked chickpeas (about 330 grams)
  • 1 cupcooked beets (about 150 grams)
  • 1/4 cuptahini (about 60 ml)
  • 1/4 cupfresh lemon juice (about 60 ml)
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonminced garlic
  • 1/2 cupwater (about 120 ml), or as needed

  1. 1

    Place all the ingredients in a food processor.

    Blend well until smooth. Add water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
