Ingredients

35 minutes
  1. 2 ctart cherries, pitted (or 1 can, drained)
  2. 1/2 csugar
  3. 1/2 c+ 2 Tbs flour
  4. 1/2 cquick cooking oats
  5. 1/8baking powder
  6. 1/2 cbrown sugar, packed
  7. 1/8 tbaking soda
  8. 1/4 cbutter, melted

Cooking Instructions

35 minutes

    Preheat oven to 350° F.

    Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder and baking soda together in medium bowl. Mix well.

    Add brown sugar and melted butter to the flour mixture and mix well to form clumpy dough. Set aside.

    In another bowl combine cherries, sugar and 2 Tbs flour. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Cover cherries with topping. Bake 30-35 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
