Wash and cut cauliflower, wash peel &cut potato and carrot.

Wash properly all the vegetables. Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and chopped green chillie.

Add turmeric powder and cut carrot, green peas, potato and cauliflower. Mix it well.

Add salt, saute it well, sprinkle water and cover the lid, cook for 5 minutes.

Stir sabji, add red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, garam masala and give a nice mix, cover the lid and cook sabji for 5 to 6 minutes.

When it completely cooked, add sugar, garnish with chopped coriander. Serve with paratha or ' Fulka roti '.
