Sweet And Salty Ajwain Cookies

Take ghee and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix well till frothy.

Put a sieve over the mixing bowl. Add all-purpose flour. Add baking powder and baking soda also.Sieve.

Add ajwain and salt. Mix with gentle stroke to form a soft dough. Add 2-3 tbsp water if needed.

Cover and leave for 15 minutes.

Pinch out lemon sized balls and make rounds. Give an impression on balls.

Pre heat an air fryer for on 180% Cfor, 5 minutes.

Arrange cookies in air fryer and bake on 170% C for 12-15 minutes.

Take out after 15 minutes. Sweet and salty ajwain cookies are ready to be served.
