Ingredients: 2 cups salted plain potato chips 🥔; 3-4 tbsp crush potato chips; 1 medium sized onion 🧅 chopped; 1 medium sized chopped tomato 🍅; 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿; 3-4 finely chopped green chillies; 1/4 cup mint & coriander chutney; 1/2 cup coconut chutney or whisked yogurt; 1/4 cup tamarind chutney; 1/2 tsp Chaat masala or to taste; 1/8 tsp Black salt or regular salt to taste 🧂; 1/2 tsp Paprika powder or red chilli powder 🌶️ to taste; Lemon juice 🍋 to taste; Thin nylon sev - optional; 1 / 2 cup boiled chickpeas - optional

2 cupssalted plain potato chips 🥔
3-4 tbspcrush potato chips
1medium sized onion 🧅 chopped
1medium sized chopped tomato 🍅
2 tbspfinely chopped coriander leaves 🌿
3-4finely chopped green chillies
1/4 cupmint & coriander chutney
1/2 cupcoconut chutney or whisked yogurt
1/4 cuptamarind chutney
1/2 tspChaat masala or to taste
1/8 tspBlack salt or regular salt to taste 🧂
1/2 tspPaprika powder or red chilli powder 🌶️ to taste
Lemon juice 🍋 to taste
Thin nylon sev - optional
1/ 2 cup boiled chickpeas - optional

In a serving plate arrange salted plain potato chips, cover and keep aside,cut tomato 🍅, onion 🧅and green chillies and coriander leaves 🌿cover and keep aside. Prepare chutneys and keep aside

When time of serving first drizzle coconut chutney or whisked yogurt, mint and coriander chutney, tamarind chutney and finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿. Top with chopped onion 🧅, chopped tomato 🍅, finely chopped green chillies, add boiled chickpeas if using.

Sprinkle with Chaat masala powder, black salt or regular salt 🧂, paprika powder 🌶️ or red chilli powder, crushed chips and them on top, sprinkle with nylon sev if using, some coriander leaves 🌿 and drizzle with lemon juice 🍋. Serve immediately before the chips get soggy. You can drizzle more chutneys on top if you like or to taste.

Note: you can serve this chips Chaat with the combination of hot and cold beverage: chips Chaat + masala chai, hot chocolate etc, cold beverage: with watermelon mojito and etc.
