  • 500 gmbroccoli
  • 2potato
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/3 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tspsalt or as per taste
  • 1 tbspmustard oil
  • 1sliced onion

15 min.
  1. 1

    Cut broccoli into florets then wash properly with hot water

    Cut potatoes & wash then heat oil in a wok add potatoes & fry for one min.then add broccoli

    Mix well and add red chilli powder, turmeric and salt again combine properly

    Cover with a lid and cook on a low flame 🔥 till cooked properly & off the flame

    Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle garam masala over it to serve hot 🔥 and enjoy 😋
