First wash the fish with haldi powder and salt twice or thrice. Then drain the water. Marinate the fish with haldi powder and salt. Keep aside for a minutes.

Now boil the fish for 1 minutes. After 1 minute switch off the flame. Cool it and transfer to another bowl.

Now mash the fish with masher. Then add all the dry ingredients and salt. Add corn flour and bread crumbs. Mix it well. Knead a smooth mixture. From the mixture take a small ball and make a cutlet in shape. Before frying sprinkle corn flour so that the cutlet will not stick at the bottom of the kadai,

Heat oil in a kadai. Shallow fry the cutlet till it is light brown in a colour. Repeat the same procedure. Once it is done. Then transfer to a serving plate.

Immediately serve hot.fish cutlet. Enjoy with tomato sauce or any chutney
