Steps

Boil the egg noodles according to the package directions, drain and place in a bowl.

Make the meat miso. Put the minced meat in a pot, add the ingredients for the meat miso, and heat. Cook until most of the water has evaporated.

Place the meat miso in the center of the egg noodles on a plate, then garnish with toppings of cucumber, red onion, coriander, seaweed, and tomato, and finally top with the egg yolk.
Mix everything well and enjoy.
