  2. 1.5 cupsWheat flour
  3. 1 cupjaggery
  4. 1/2 cupDry grated coconut
  5. 1/2 cupChopped dry fruit
  6. 1/2 tbspdry Ginger powder
  7. 1/2 tbspCardamom powder
  8. 1/2 tspNutmeg powder
  9. 1/2 tbspLumps powder
  10. Ghee
  11. Sliced ​​almonds, pistachios and dry coconut for garnishing

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pan and fry the gund in it. While frying, fry it first on high flame and then on low flame.

    Roast the prepared dry fruit pieces in a teaspoon of ghee.

    The fried gund is crushed by pressing it with a bowl.

    Heat a pan and roast the wheat flour in it until it turns light pink in colour. Now turn off the gas.

    Now, add the prepared crushed gund, dry coconut powder and roasted dry fruits to this roasted wheat flour.

    Now add ginger powder, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and lumps powder and mix everything well.

    Heat a tablespoon of ghee in a pan, add jaggery to it, and stir over low flame until the jaggery melts.

    Now add the prepared mixture to the melted jaggery and mix it well. Then, spread this mixture on a plate and cut into desired sizes.
