1fish fillet or 1 whole tilapia
10limes
1/4onion, diced
1arbol chili pepper
1 pinchcilantro

Fry the fish.

Chop the chili pepper, onion, and cilantro.

Mix the lime juice with the chopped ingredients and 3 tablespoons of water.

Pour the mixture over the fried fish and serve.
