Spicy and tasty paratha made from maize flour, wheat flour and methi leaves and served with turnip and kohlrabi sabzi.
Steps

Wash and chop the methi leaves and put in a mixing bowl. Add maize flour and wheat flour.

Add spices and salt and mix well.

Add water slowly and knead a dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Make medium size balls from dough and roll out like chapati.

Heat a tawa and cook the paratha from both sides.

Apply ghee with brush on paratha and cook from both sides till golden brown.

For sabzi, wash and peel turnip and kohlrabi. Cut both veggies in small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and put cumin seeds.

Now put chopped turnip and kohlrabi in pan and add spices.

Add salt and methi leaves. Mix well and cook covered till veggies turned soft.

Now serve makki and methi paratha with turnip and kohlrabi sabzi.
