Moth thalipith
Steps

Take sprouted moth and garlic and chillies. Roughly churn in mixi jar adding some water.

Take jowar flour, wheat flour and besan add the paste, masale, onion, salt to make a dough.

Make equal parts of the dough. Take wet cloth and spread the dove with the help of fingers and give the shape of thalipith. Make 3 - 4 holes in between.

Heat tawa add butter on it and let the thalipith vook from both the sides. Keep medium flame and put lid on it.put butter while cooking.

Serve hot with curd.
