Take all the needed ingredients.
Boil the milk and cool it down. Egg and butter must be in room temperature.
Transfer the sugar to the blender and grind nicely. - 2
In a bowl, add butter and powder sugar. Mix it through beater. Then add lemon zest and 1 egg at a time and beat.

Then add another egg and beat. Beat until it turns fluffy. And add lemon juice and mix.

Next, add oil and beat for 30sec and keep aside.Then mix flour,baking powder, salt and add this little by little to the egg mixture. Slowly mix everything with the help of milk. It's not necessary to add the whole part of milk. Use the required amount of milk until all mix well.

Now pour this batter to the butter rubbed loaf tray. Pat on the bottom to release the air bubbles.

Keep this tray in a 10mins pre heated tawa. Close it and bake for 35mts. 35mts is enough.

After baking,let it cools and slice it and haveit. It's super tasty and softy.
