Ingredients

  1. 6boneless skinless chicken thighs
  2. Salt and pepper
  3. Thyme & rosemary
  4. 1/4 cupFig glaze
  5. 1/2 jarFig jam
  6. 1large log of goat cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Coat chicken with herbs, S&P, fig glaze, and place on parchment paper and bake at 400° for about 25-30 mins

  2. 2

    Drain juices into a bowl to keep!!!!

    Dollop a tbsp of fig jam onto hot chicken to warm up and spread with a basting brush. Followed by a dollop of goat cheese. Gentle press to spread. Return to oven 10 min at 400°
