  • 2garlic
  • 1chilli

  1. 1

    1. Boil aubergine to half cooked. Brush with oil

    2. Stuff minced garlic and chilli in the aubergine, season

    3. Wrap with baking paper, bake in 220C for 20min. Grill for 2min
