Ingredients

half hour
20 ppl
  • 2 cupsall purpose flour
  • 1 cupgrinded sugar
  • 1/4th cup of semolina (sooji)
  • 1/4th cup of sesame seeds
  • 1/4th cup of dessicated coconut
  • 1/4th cup of powder milk (optional)
  • 1/4th cup of ghee
  • Few cardamom (green eliachi)
  • 1 pinchbaking soda
  • Half cup of water for kneading
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all take a bowl add all dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Then add all wet ingredients make a soft dough make sure it should not be sticky

  3. 3

    Then roll like a roty round shape and cut in circle shape with the help of round cutter

  4. 4

    Now in a wok heat the oil and in low flame fry it golden brown colour

  5. 5

    When it turns out golden colour from both sides it's ready

  6. 6

    Take it out in a serving dish and enjoy !
