1 cupvegetable stock
1onion
6-7garlic cloves
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tsppepper powder
1/2 tsplemon juice
1 tsppumpkin seeds
1/2 tspchilliflakes
2avocado

In a pan boil stock add onion and garlic. Cook for about 5 mts or till they are tender

Cool and blend with avocado, salt, pepper and lemon juice

Garnish with pumpkin seeds and chilliflakes serve
