  • 1 cupalmond _as per choice
  • 1 cupsalt

    Heat a kadhai over high flame; add salt and heat up the salt. Keep stirring the salt with a perforated spoon.

    Once the salt is hot enough, lower the flame to medium and add the cashewnuts and almonds

    Start stirring continuously for 1 minute. The nut will turn light golden.

    Remove them using a slotted spoon and transfer them in a large plate. Allow the roasted salted Nuts to cool down completely.
