Soak all dals together and soak Dalia separately.

Wash the chicken and in a wok add 7 cups water, and add the chicken, add 1 Tbso salt and cover to boil, when chicken is cooked, retain the broth and shred the chicken after cooling

In a wok add drained dals and Dalia and add water to boil covered, once boiled, hand blend the dals and Dalia smooth and set aside

In a wok heat oil, add onion sliced and cook to soften, add ginger and garlic paste and cook till brown, add shredded chicken and cook well

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and garam masala powder, stir well, add 1 cup chicken broth and mix well

Add dal and Dalia mix and mix well, cover to cook for 2-3 mins and set aside
- 7
Plate with ginger juliennes, mint leaves, barista, chillies slices and enjoy
