First take a pan add 1 cup water 1/2 sugar boiled for 2-3 minutes and make sugar syrup add1 tsp cardamom powder.

Then take a pan add two cups(500 ml) milk add 2 tbsp custard powder and 2 tbsp milk powder and mix well.

And add 2 tbsp milk powder1 tbsp corn flour and mix well. And stir constantly then milk become thick. Add 2 tbsp Malai mix well stir with spatula when it coated with spatula perfectly then turn off flame

Then place risk in a in a container and first add sugar syrup on rusk then add prepared custard milk on rusk then add dessicated coconut.

Then make second layer add sugar syrup and prepared custard milk then decorate with chopped dry fruits. Then put in fridge

After 10 minutes take it out now Malai cake is ready cut into pieces and transferred to a serving plate in decorate with dry fruits.serve it.Enjoy!!!
