Tender fish and meats, like petrale sole and pork tenderloin, absorb citrus juices well and retain the fresh fruit flavors when being broiled. Oranges, grapefruits, limes, lemons all work well.
Steps

Pierce tenderloin. Make incision every inch and press piece of garlic clove in. Spray olive oil over.

Drizzle lime and lemon citrus juices all over meat.

Sprinkle spices all over.
- 4
Broil at 450F degrees till internal temp is 145F degrees, about 25 minutes.

Spoon juices over, rest 5 minutes. Slice one inch thick, drizzle cooking juices over, serve.
