7 to 9 minutes
Serves 5 to 7 servings
  1. 2eggs
  2. 100 gflan powder (about 3.5 oz)
  3. 4 1/4 cupsmilk (1 liter)
  4. Caramel sauce

Steps

7 to 9 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl, mix the eggs and flan powder, then pour in the milk. Whisk well until smooth.

    Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. When the mixture starts to thicken, remove it from the heat.

    Immediately pour the mixture into a mold. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, until the flan is fully set.

    Once the flan is well chilled, carefully invert it onto a serving plate and pour caramel sauce over the top before serving. Enjoy your delicious caramel flan!
