We call Mangoes as the king of fruits and our summers are incomplete without mangoes.
So, I tried making this Mango Stuffed Kulfi, being popular from Kuremals Kulfi, Old Delhi. It turned out really amazing!

Take all ingredients together. In a thick bottomed pan, boil milk on medium heat until it is reduced to half by stiring in-between. It took around 40-45 minutes.

Now, add crumbled khoya. Mix it well and cook for 5 to 10 minutes more.

Now add sugar, nuts or cardamom powder.

Mix it well. Quantity of milk will reduce to almost 1/3 Turn off the flame and allow it to cool.

In the meantime, prepare Mangoes to fill stuffing. Cut Mangoes from the top, remove the Guthli (seed) by slightly twisting it. Now, fill the Mangoes with the prepared kulfi stuffing.

Freeze for 8 to 10 hours or overnight until fully set. Then, peel it gently and cut into slices.

While serving, garnish it with any nuts and it is ready to enjoy.
