Ingredients

20-30 mins
3-4 servings
  1. 7-8Pandan leaves blended with 1/2 cup water
  2. 1/3 cupall purpose flour
  3. 1/3 cuptapioca starch
  4. 1/2 tbspbaking powder
  5. 1/3 cupsugar
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1egg
  8. 1/2 can (6 oz)coconut cream
  9. 2 tbspmelted butter
  10. 1/2 tbspoil
  11. Coconut shavings
  12. Coconut milk + honey

Cooking Instructions

20-30 mins
  1. 1

    Blend the pandan leaves and sieve to make sure there’s no pulp.

    Blend all dry ingredients together then combine with wet ingredients.

  3. 3

    Ladle the batter into waffle maker.

  4. 4

    Cook for around 3-5 mins until they are ready. Add in coconut shavings in the middle if you want any filling!

  5. 5

    Garnish with more coconut shavings and top with whipped coconut milk + honey!
