Mix the flour with salt, vanilla, egg, and the mixture of clarified butter and puff pastry butter. Gradually add the water and orange blossom water mixture to form a dough. Let it rest for 1 hour.

Mix the peanuts with sugar and cinnamon, then moisten with orange blossom water until the mixture holds together.

Divide the dough into five pieces. Roll out each piece, dust with cornstarch, and layer three sheets together. Roll out again and place in a baking pan. Brush with the butter mixture, then add a second layer of dough and spread the filling on top.

Add two more layers of dough in the same way.

For the final layer, roll out the dough once, cut the baklava into pieces, brush with butter, and bake in the oven until golden. Once out of the oven, pour simple syrup over the baklava.
