Remove the skin of rigid groud and potato cut the onion and tomato.

Put the kadai on the low flame add some oil add mustard seeds,jeera, asafoetida,curry leaves and turmeric powder now add chopped onion and fry it on low flame now fry the tomato add kanda lasun chatani and the veggies, now add salt and stir it well add some water. put the lead on the kadai and cook the bhaji for 5 min. Now add the peanut powder.off the flame

For sorgam roti put the iron tava on the gas add some water and boil it take a broad vessel pot or big plate take sorghum flour in it. Add boiling water and mix it in the flour. Now make the dough with hand take a ball from dough.dust the flour put the ball and pat it...make roti by patting on the dough ball

Make roti by gently patting by hand.

Now pick the roti and put it in the iron pan which we put on the gas on high flame, now take some water and wet the bhakri, now it's time to flip the bhakri, cook this bhakri for for 2 to 3 min, check it with long spoon.

Now roast the other side of bhakri directly on the gas flame.sorgam bhakari (flat bread) is ready to serve

Serve the bhakri with rigid groud potato bhaji for break fast.this is maharashtrian people eat it in the breakfast,lunch or dinner.
