Boil Pasta:
• Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. - 2
Make the Masala Base:
• Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onions until golden.
Add garlic paste and cook for a minute. And add choppwd onions. Saute unti raw smell go Away. - 3
Add tomato paste and cook until oil separates.
•add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and garam masala. Cook for 2-3 mins. - 4
Add cream and pasta water into this. Let it cook for little bit and add sugar. Add boiled pasta.

Add oregano and garnish with cheese. Cover it until cheese melts.
Serve it with any side of bread and salad!
