Tricia’s Slow-Cooked Beef Back Ribs
For the serious carnivorous characters out there, Lion Diet’s greatest challenge is boredom! Eating the same thing every meal can grow tiresome. Instead of the typical steak or hamburger, these beef back ribs will add a touch of variety to your plate!
Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- 2
Remove the membrane from the bone side of the ribs.
- 3
Generously salt all sides of the ribs.
- 4
Place ribs in a covered baking dish bone side down and bake for 3 1/2 hours. (For easy clean-up, line the dish with parchment)
- 5
Serve them plain or with your favorite sauce! Give my Southern Gold BBQ Sauce recipe a try! You won’t regret it!
Tips
Removing the membrane helps the ribs cook more evenly and absorb flavors better.
