Ingredients

8–12 minutes (plus a few minutes prep)
4 servings
  • 4lavash breads
  • 1 1/3 cupspizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 cupsshredded mozzarella cheese

Steps

8–12 minutes (plus a few minutes prep)
  1. 1

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Place the lavash breads on baking sheets (you may need to do this in batches or use multiple sheets).

  3. 3

    Spread about 1/3 cup of pizza sauce evenly over each lavash, leaving a small border around the edges.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over each one.

  5. 5

    Add toppings of your choice (pepperoni, veggies, olives, mushrooms, etc.)

  6. 6

    Bake for 8–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are crispy.

  7. 7

    Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

  8. 8

    Slice and serve.
