Lavash Pizza Party: Quick, Crispy, Yummy!
When we want a fun and easy pizza night with the kids, this is how we do it. Everyone gets to add their favorite toppings, and using lavash bread saves time since there’s no dough to make—and keeps it lighter for the adults—so everyone wins!
Steps
- 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2
Place the lavash breads on baking sheets (you may need to do this in batches or use multiple sheets).
- 3
Spread about 1/3 cup of pizza sauce evenly over each lavash, leaving a small border around the edges.
- 4
Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over each one.
- 5
Add toppings of your choice (pepperoni, veggies, olives, mushrooms, etc.)
- 6
Bake for 8–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are crispy.
- 7
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- 8
Slice and serve.
