Affogato is a Italian hot expresso coffee based dessert on vanilla ice cream. I chose to add Matcha and not hot expresso. It tasted heavenly. I garnished with chopped walnuts . You can use Macadamia nuts too

Prep -5 mins, Boil Matcha -3 mins

In a bowl add water, boil, add matcha and whisk with matcha bamboo whisk

Have the vanilla ice cream ready

Chop walnuts

In a serving bowl add one scoop of vanilla ice cream and very slowly pour the matcha on it, garnish with chopped walnuts
