In a pan, add 1 tablespoon of ghee and add makhana. Roast until crispy. Remove in a plate

In the same pan, add 1/2 tablespoon of ghee and roast almonds, cashews, and walnuts approximately 5-6 minutes till aroma comes but dont burn them. Remove in a plate & cool it

Mix all of these and grind to a pulse mode in mixer grinder. Dont make fine powder ; you can see in pic

Remove in a plate & add coconut + almonds + pistachios + cardamom powder + saffron + rose petals & mix it with spoon 🥄

In the pan, add 1 tbsp ghee, jaggery, and 1 tablespoon of water. Dont make chasni just melt it nicely ; you can see bubbles ; make a hole & pour jaggerry liquid in dry mixture.

Mix it with spoon 🥄 its hot after few seconds mix it with hands & make ladoo

Cool completely & store in an airtight container
