In a bowl, combine the oats, mashed potato, and grated beet.

Add the green chili paste, poha powder, dried mango powder, and salt. Mix well.

Heat a little oil in a pan (a mini uttapam pan was used here). Shallow fry the patties on low heat until golden and crispy on both sides.
