First wash carrot properly. Peel it and grate the carrot. Once it is done then keep aside. Transfer the grated carrot in a grinder. Add milk and grind it into fine paste.

For mawa. Heat non-stick Kadai. add 1/2 cup milk and 1 cup milk powder. Cook till it is dry in consistency. Add ghee mix it well. Once it is done then keep aside.In a pressure cooker add grated carrot, sugar and milk. mixed it well. Closed the lid and wait for 1 minute. After 1 minutes switch off the flame. Cool it and take out the lid.

Apply ghee on a cake tin. Spread carrot mixture evenly. Tap it. Then garnish with dry fruits and mawa. Jeep in a fridge to set. Once it is done. Cut it into any shape. Transfer to a serving plate.
