Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 2.8 ozchorizo (about 80 g)
  2. 3.5 ozimitation baby eel (about 100 g)
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoonsheavy cream (about 20 ml)
  4. 2.1 ozshoestring potatoes (about 60 g)
  5. 1large egg
  6. 2 teaspoonsolive oil (about 10 ml)
  7. Salt, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the chorizo into cubes and sauté in a skillet with olive oil until it releases its fat.

  2. 2

    Add the imitation baby eel and let them brown slightly with the chorizo.

  3. 3

    Stir in the heavy cream and mix to make it creamy.

  4. 4

    Just before serving, add the shoestring potatoes and gently mix.

  5. 5

    Place the egg on top and let it cook with the residual heat from the skillet.
