Dahi Kababs with Brown Top millet is so unique to taste, great flavour and texture. It’s a hit in parties- I added mashed potatoes and Besan to give it shape and body

Soak Brown Top millet overnight, discard water and boil for 8 mins, set aside

Boil potato and peel, mash, add to boiled Brown Top millet
- 3
Add Besan to it, red chilli powder, salt and mix well
- 4
For filling - take hung curd, add salt and pepper and mix
- 5
Grease your palm, take a brown top millet mix, make a dent in the centre, add the Dahi filling and close from all sides

In a pan heat oil and add 2 Dahi kababs and shallow fry, set aside

Plate and serve with onion salad, lime wedges and enjoy 😊
