Fenugreek seeds have numerous medicinal properties. This is a must have ingredient in our meals. This pickle is very tasty, it adds flavour to our food and prepared using ingredients available easily.
Steps

Soak fenugreek seeds for 1 hour in water at room temperature.

Then remove water and let it dry under fan. Make sure no water content remains. Now in a heavy bottom pan add mustard oil and let the fumes release.

Now switch off the flame for a while and add mustard seeds,cumin seeds as they cracle,add asafoetida.

Now add cloves,black pepper corn and let it cook,then add garlic cloves. At this stage switch on the gas flame and keep at low.

Now add grated ginger, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and saute well.

Now add fenugreek seeds and saute it well so that all spices mix well into it. Now switch off the flame,add yellow mustard seeds crushed and lemon juice. Once it is cooled properly you can store it in airtight jar.
