Soak chana dal for at least 3 hours.

After 3 hours rinse the water. Now take a mixer pot. Add soaked dal, red chilli pieces, ginger pieces to it and corse blend.

After that shift mixture into the bowl. Add chopped onion, curry leaves and chopped coriander leaves in it. Also add fennel seeds and salt and mix all together.

Now shape vada as per your liking and deep fry it in oil. Serve with chutney / sauce whatever you want. Enjoy this with tea.
