Wash and clean the tiger prawns at first. Allow to drain. Set aside until use.

Heat oil and ghee in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies and sliced onions. Saute until onions are golden and cooked through. Add all the spices as mentioned.

Add prawns and cook on medium-high heat for 10-12 minutes until well cooked and masala coats them. Cover and let it cook for about 8-10 minutes more.

Serve hot as a side or an appetizer. Enjoy!
Tips
Adjust the spice levels according to your taste preferences. You can also add lemon juice for some extra zing.
