In a pot, hard-boil an egg to your liking. In the last 2-3 minutes, add the noodles as well.

While the egg and noodles finish boiling, mix the sauce in a small bowl.

Once the noodles are cooked, immediately rinse under cold water and combine the sauce. Transfer the egg to an ice bath as well.

Garnish with sesame seeds, quartered egg, and cucumber strips. Enjoy!
