One of my favorite traditional dishes here is goat stew. Just the fragrance of the meat cooking is such a pleasant smell and just causes the hunger to grow even more intense….

Boil the meat in water with the 2 cubes, salt and pepper. Let this boil for about 10 minutes then turn heat to low and let simmer until tender. Cook rice and set it aside. In a blender add all the ingredients except for spices and about 1c of the goat juice blend until smooth. Set this aside.

Take the tomato purée and All the seasonings add 1c of the goat juice boil and condense this about half way. Everything is ready so let’s set the table and eat !! Enjoy the day 😇
